Problem Arowana Droopy Tail

Since I got this arowana I've problems from the get go, when I first got it it seemed to have something with the swim bladder and sit on the bottom alot and had a slightly bent down tail. I've now had it for a few months now and has now grown and swims fine but now since it has gotten bigger the tail is much more noticeably droopy. Is there any thing I can do about this or is it deformed for life?

The top part of the actual fin is growing back from injury not concerned about it just the curve in the spine at the tail.

So no hope for it to straighten out then? Permanent?
I think it had a swim bladder problem early and was swimming on a head down arse up angle and related it to this article where the fish had its tail drop or curve so I was hoping it may straighten out.
