problem.. drop or pop?

My arowana has an eye problem, right eye is swelling a bit.. I have not had (her?) for very long and noticed it just now.. it's not really bad but enough for me to ask.. is it a pop eye or is she maybe developing drop eye? I will try to get a better shot of it..

thank whatever i may hold holy!! I've had a ****load of problems lately.. 4-5 months or so.. lost 1 aro to the famous jumper-death, one was beaten to shreds (but not dead) by an indo half his size.. then a friend called me and said that i could come and get his 10"(ish) aro for free.. I thought there might be a problem with some of my other fish but this gentle "giant" doesn't even bother my pair of serpa tetras.. this aro has been kept in pretty bad water conditions with a monstrous xingu 1 male 13-14", an allmost as monstrous C. Frenata and was pretty badly beaten and reacted by getting ich when he hit my water so pop eye would have been a nice way to round it up..

drop eye I can live with.. =) she? is a sweetheart, I can love a girl with glasses..
