one of my oscar is has a really bloated stomach and is floating belly up, apart from that he seems ok and still trying to be active. is there anything i can do for him or is he gonna shuffle off?

I lost one years ago to what I was told was an air bladder infection he caught from a feeder. He was very bloated and became more and more lethargic until he just layed at the bottom all day. He would try to swim up to eat pellets but had a really hard time and about a week or so after the bloating became noticeable he was dead. Similar but maybe not the same.
