Problem with a Spiny Lobster (photo inside)

Guy need your help. We have a spiny lobster in a nature center where I volunteer. The poor guy has not eaten in 4 weeks. He had molted 6 days ago, but still not eating. Yesterday, his reproductive pores got extremely swollen. Any ideas what's wrong with him? He seems stressed

Have you checked the parameters,they could be a little higher than the lobster likes and might be stressing it?
 
Is there a lady lobster in the house?
 
Calcium seems a low. but everything else is fine (as far as I know). I have zero experience in salt water

What is the the water change regimen on this tank?...unless you get into the hard and soft corals tank maintenance is not much different from freshwater.I do recall that most invertebrates are very sensitive dissolved wastes so you'll have to keep your levels as low as possible.

they change it every 2 weeks. he has been there for 5 years. but now he had stopped eating and developed this weird swelling. nobody at the nature center is an expert in salt water (unfortunately)


Could he be depressed? he is there by himself. Plus the tank is too small for him. They are planning to move him soon. I just hope he does not die
