Problem with my Gold Severum (pics)

i just noticed recently my severum kind of.. blew up, stomach wise.. and he has these "blisters" around his eyes and one on his body..
anybody can help as to what it is and what i can do?

Pimafix???? maybe.................I would like to say a possible parasitic infection........

Im not sure but I do know that pimafix won't do anything for parasites.

You can try Lifeguard, but if it is a systemic infection it won't be easy to treat.

well hes normally huge... he eats the most out of my tank..
his stomach looks 1/8th bigger then it usually is... i put in coppersafe 2 days ago.
so is the consensus that its a parasite?

I guess i should have said a possible fungal or bacterial infection......thats why i suggested pimafix

ive been googling and it seems to me like he has GAS BUBBLE...
anyone have experience with this?
