Problem with my Gourami

The first dwarf Gourami I bought is getting fat, I am worried he is too fat, can this happen? or am I over reacting. He is 3 times the size of my other gourami's.

So I put him in another tank where I can better control the food intake I hope, since he seems to be eating more then his share in gourami tank.

Are the scales protruding? What about the eyes? Any pics?

I will get you some pics as soon as I get home, He looks healthy just has a huge belly.

You can't tell how fat he is in the first picture but you can see he is healthy looking, The last picture is motion blurred but you can see the bulgy stomach.

Very strange. Try fasting the fish for a week and see if the stomach deflates. Have you observed it excreting wastes at all? If not, it could be constipation or bloat.

He doesn't eat flake food, that I have seen yet. I haven't feed him in about 2 days, unless he is sneaking flakes when I am not looking. I wanted to keep him in a bucket with a sponge filter, but I am out of heaters.
