problem With My New Filter

Just got a NEO-301 and ive followed the instructions step by step and it doesnt seem to be working, ive double checked all the valves and stuff. Anyone any ideas?

Did you prime it. I am not familiar with this particular filter but most canisters work on the same princiapl. You will need to get the water flowing into the filter, so the filter and supply line both need to be filled with water in order for the filter to work.

Ive filled the canister up to the line given on the casing but when i turned it on nothing happened, tomorrow i will try and get the tube filled with water too, that may help?
