What are you feeding? How many other labs do you have? What size tank? Do you have any of the water parameters? Is it eating? Is it the whole body or just the belly?

One of my smallest females belly turns white for awhile when she isn't eating while she holds. It's just her though.

135 gallon tank one other smaller yellow lab have 2 jewels in a johanni and one white african top is still yellow has turned white up to about halfway

Maybe she is holding eggs as suggested above?
