Having nat's growing in all my pac man frog containers i'm using coco fiber, is there anything i ca do to get rid of them?

Clean it out for often... gnats aren't attracted to the coco fiber they are attracted to the mold that grows on waste in the wet environment (that was my understanding from researching the same problem a while back) if you have clean bedding then the gnats go away.
If there is something else bringing int he gnats and you are just noticing them on the frog cage but don't know the actual cause you can try some carnivorous plants around the area to see if that helps. butterwort and sundews are usually good for small bugs like that.
