Problem with Texas

My 10" Texas has devolped som sort of disease on his face. Some of them look like pimples, some are white and fuzzy. Now his face is getting swollen an making his eyes bulge. Melafix only seemed to cause it to worsen. He is the only one in the tank that has it. He had the pimples about a year and a half ago but I got rid of them using ethromycin II. Now my local place cant get it anymore. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Sorry no pics I am at work now.

Lots of clean water and add salt. Try to find the meds that worked the first time at all your local shops, I've never heard of Ethromycin II, did you mean Erythromycin, the antibiotic? If so, look for other anti-bacterial meds for your fish. Try to get pics up of your Tex as well while at home.
