Problems with Eheim Professional 3 Thermofilter 2180

I’m running an Eheim Professional 3 Thermofilter 2180. The temperature display seems to be consistently off by about 2 degrees from my other thermometers. Has anyone else had any problems with the 2180?

Which thermometers are you using? I find many are off a few degrees consistently, depending on the brand and type, i.e. digital, stick-on, etc.

I have two floating thermometers... One is a Topfin the other I'm not sure I have had it for a long time but it could also be a Topfin. I'll have to try a different brand and see what happens.

Is it higher or lower then the temp shown from the thermos in the tank?
