I asked for advice on plants at LFS, and they told me to use this product. I had good luck with swords, but otherwise my plants sucked. They grew slowly, or died altogether. I looked at the ingredients and thought: "What the hell is Fe going to do?" Well, I bought some anyway because I waste money like THIS YEARS CONGRESS, and put the recommended amount in all of my tanks. Three weeks later, and I have some lush JUNGLES. If you have planted tanks that aren't quite what you expected, try this product. Mine look FRICKIN GREAT. At least in my opinion. My nitrates are lower, and I am glad that I paid for this product.

I now realize this, and appreciate that fact.

i use the same product along with the kent proplant supplement. great stuff. no problems except now im constantly trimming down my tank:D

What is in the proplant?

I tried this when I first set up a planted tank, and I either had plants melting all over the place, or lots and lots of algae. I think that any product that claims to be All-in-one is doomed to disapoint you. Each tank is unique and is going to require varying amounts of various nutrients, so no all-in-one is going to the right job, unless you tailor your aquarium to what the supplement provides, but that's just silly.
I've been using the whole Seachem Flourish line lately, and even though it's six bottles of liquid, plus a powder, it's working really well, and the bottles last a very long time. I havn't even had to use CO2, and I still have very lush healthy growth, and best of all, no algae!

I have never tried kent I've always used the seachem flourish line. Maybe It's time to set up two more tanks and do a little experiment. Seachem VS. Kent.

i used it and saw no results what so ever.... im gonna try the seachem flourish but i really wanna try tokashi amanos products but i cant find them anywere i also use the eco complete substraight and didnt notice a change with that either im gonna be doing c02 soon i know ill get some results with that

I know a guy who has worked for LFS around me for years. He is very big into plant tanks and is working with me on my 1st Plant tank and told me Kents freshwater plant is all I will really need As for seachem flourish I read on plantgeeks(I hope a site name is braking the rules) some plant will melt and kents is working for me But don't really have anything to conpare to
