Took some of my snails(brigs)into the lfs today to sell for store credit.gave me $27 for 18 mixed blue purple and ivory.took six Corydoras schwartzi that were labled as julii's and a bunch of crickets for my lizard.came to 26.72 so they gave me the balance in cash.
Thats right 28cents in pure profit$$$$
my first actual cash profit from keeping fish

when i had my watersnake, i used to get goldfish for 99 cent a dozen. but that was five years ago and the person i got them from had all his animals for sale pretty cheap.

most lfs will not give you $$$$ only credit. i once traded a huge 26" pleco for 100 feeders and 2 rats for my ball python. they sold that fish for 79.99 what a rip.
