Today (July 27, 2020)


I know, it's cramped in there..working on it.....and Kamfa has big tummy because it's snack time, tummy will be alright after playing with my daughter for next 20 minutes :) exercise is the key to digestive system (I know but I don't exercise regularly, sometimes I think we take a lot care about these little guys, if I do a little care about me, I don't have that "protruding" stomach rofl !!!!)

Kamfa is looking good. It's exciting to see him change.

Hahaha, I know the feel, I keep track of how much fiber my fish gets when the salad, cucumber and carrots (for me) are going bad in my fridge.

Lol!!! Yes definitely we care fish more than ourselves!!!

If we stick to the routine what these fish do:

1. Bloating/constipated - skip few times or days
2. Fiber - feed more to fish to get their digestive system going!
3. Skip a day in a week for good digestion and activeness, whereas, we mostly eat 24*365 !! (At least I do!)
4. Play with fish after their snacks! Whereas We do watch tv after our huge meals!!
5. We feed fish less and multiple times, for me, huge breakfast, lunch, and dinner.. well, I am controlling those areas now a days due to covid and lockdown situation!!

5. I don't even do breakfast anymore, morning coffee then lunch and dinner.
