Thanks for the comments. I love this guy already. I added some live plants to the refugium in my sump today for added oxygen and to soak up some nitrates.

Nope. This is an amphilophus lyonsi which is a pure bred Central American cichlid. Very similar to a trimac which is one of the fish used to make flowerhorns. So I can see where you'd think that.
