Projection by cichlids anus

My 2 blood parrots started breeding behaviors the past week. The females tube dropped.

And I though the males breeding g tube was dropping so he could fertilize eggs. But it keeps getting larger and is kinda fuzzy.

What is it and what should I do. Pics provided.

Whatever it is. The pair just started laying eggs so hopefully its the males milk tube and its just very large.
