yea it will grow back amazingly fast with no scar, and yea it could be a sign hes been singled out, you could isolate him, maybe rearrange the tank if its a territorial thing, or make sure they are well fed so its not a hunger thing, remember they may eat up to 80% of their body wieght a day.
ok thanks man I'm noticing that they are eating more now that they are introduced to eating fish. I came home from school and have 4 head 5 bodies in my tank.....so they are definetly eating alot more and i noticed the one w/ the missing fins isnt aggressive, the smallest one , and just sits there while the other two are moving around chasing fish. So it could be he the runt and may become dinner if there is no other food source ( my plecos became dinner for this reason

Fins grow back bro, it's nothig to worry about....Recently one of my babies at 1.5 inches recieved a nasty bite from what of the tankmates...A moth-sized chunk was taken out of his back, right in front of the dorsal fin...The wound is now reaching 3 weeks old and has already healed perfectly!!!

When i first brought my rb's home, they looked ragged, but a few days, and a few feeders later, and they looked great.!
