I have been trying to find some info around here, about how many GPH of water movement would be sufficient for a Live rock, Live sand Saltwater tank thats only 55G...€Tank is Regular dimensions.. Also my main goal is to have some like featherdusters and little things like that, but for fish i want like a DwarfLion... any advice on what size pvc tubing should be used? and how many GPH would be ideal in your opinions.. thanks MFK'ers!

Stick to 3-6 turnovers per hour. The "I saw it on the internet" answer of ten turnovers is too much current for the feather dusters. They can survive and feed ok, but the beauty will be lost becasue they will not be able to unfold properly. They will be like a flag in the wind. About three turnovers will be ideal. Thats 165 gallons per hour.

Not a SW freak, but 6 turnovers per hour has to be sufficient.

Haha

I'd say a low turnover like chompers said would be good, around 3-5.
