Proper shipping methods?

I'm gonna be shipping 1 or 2 freshwater fish that are about 2.5-3" and I'm a little nervous because I've never shipped out before.I've received shipped fish before so I understand that they need heat packs and styrofoam but can somebody give me the proper packaging methods or a link to some info? Thanks...
