Setting up a few tanks at a sushi resturant i sold my triple stack to.
The first setup will have a 40 gallon, 60 gallon, and 90 gallon all running on one sump. I have limited knowledge on protein skimmers and was trying to find the best protein skimmer for the job since its going to be in a resturant.
I plan to use around a 60 gallon as the sump.It will have media, filter brushes/bio balls, a chiller and a protein skimmer. Also i was wondering if i should run two medium protein skimmers with my rio 3100 and via aqua 3600 or if i should just run one large protein skimmer with one large pump.
The tanks will house halibut, urchins, sweet shrimp, sculpin, etc.
If anyone has any info on prefered brands, types of protein skimmers or have any for sale that would be perfect for the job, i woudl appriciate it.
I also plan to setup a 95 gallon, finding a protein skimmer for that shoudln't be too bad.
