I pulled my protein skimmer out and cleaned it. Admittedly, it hasn't been cleaned in a while.
Once I placed it back into the sump, it's foaming alot. Right back into the sump. When I pulled it out I ran it outside of the sump (in water of course) and it seemed to run clean. Video demonstration:
