At what sg would i need to add a protein skimmer to my brackish tank.Currently at 0.09-0.010. Eventually plan to go to marine.

I have read that they will start working at 1.010 but not fully dependable. So you could add one at any point from here forward.

You could add one at 1.000, but that doesn't mean its going to do much. At 1.018 is where you'd want to, any less and its just not doing anything.
