My crib
So my prized true parrot got stung last night right by his gill and pectoral fin. My Motoro got him as she was giving birth, at least I think so since I woke up to 5 pups! Anyways, he looks pretty dang uncomfortable and the wound looks nasty and swollen. He did not eat but is somewhat still trying to push around my Geos as they get close. What's the chance of him recovering fully?

I have a gold severum that got stung maybe 1.5 yrs ago. He had a large wound which looked pretty bad and I thought he might not make it. I kept the water clean and in time he made a full recovery. The only thing is that he has a bump there now but it doesn't seem to effect him.

I have a M. tigrinus that have been stung several times in the past. Never had any issues with it, never even got infected.

He should be ok. Keep an eye on that wound though. Congrats on the pups! Any pictures?
