PU only Chicagoland small tanks

I have a small set-up I would like to sell. It's 2- 10 gallon tanks on a dual iron stand, with small hob filters, and heaters. No tops or lights. I would like $40, the heaters cost that much 2 months ago.

Also I have a 20 high with wood stand, glass top and light for $60.

I am looking for lace rock and black sand so if you have these things and would like to trade let me know.
