puffer catfish lookin thing?

i was just at my lfs, and he had this bizzarre looking pufer with the face and wiskers of a catfish.

i tried to google 'puffer looking catfish' and of course nothing came up.

any ideas? it seemed pretty rare for asian standards as well.

Are you sure you weren't looking at an electric catfish? One that's just eaten could be mistaken for a puffer. The only 'whiskered' puffer I've seen in the trade is Tetraodon baileyi. But, it doesn't look anything like a catfish (IMO).

i had one of those for awhile he hid in a piese of dritwood and never came out eventually he died
