Puffer compatibility?

I have a 36g bowfront tank with one Avocado Puffer. I was wondering if I could put maybe 2 or 3 dwarf puffers in there with it. I feel like they could get away fast enough from it. I'm just throwing the idea out there, I don't plan on doing it without some expert approval.

not a good idea, at least I would not recommend it. Dwarf puffers can actually be VERY aggressive and mean.

But so are modestus puffers. I bought it as a nefastus, but after some input on the puffer forum, i found out it's an avocado puffer. He's a pretty mean little guy.

all the more reason not to mix them. Puffers should generally be in a species only tank.

my two puffers (purchased at the same time, out of the same tank) are picking on the catfish that is about hhhmmm 10 to 20 times larger then them and they are sure they are the pit bulls of the tank the cat can only sit where they say it is ok.... and if his tail is seen just out side the log they bite on and go for a ride and I do mean a ride they do not let go, it is like watching bronk riding

puffers are pretty much a 1 fish species, with a few specie only

That's pretty funny.

I made the mistake of getting a 'cleanup crew' of cories. It ate literally every piece of it other than a few fins. I moved the other cories with my Endlers and then gave them to my uncle.
