will different species of puffers quarrell with eachother? like dogfaced and spiny box or porcupine? or are they different enough that they can get along alright?

In general puffers will live together quite well, at least SW ones will. Of course this is dependent on the size of your tank, and the particular fish's personality.
Those are HUGE puffers. as long as you have a HUGE saltwater tank they should be fine. But you're talking foot long fish
