Puffer ID please

i was on puffer forum's id section and still cant come up with a positive ID and help would be great. thanks guys

well im not a expert but i think hairy puffer or red tail redeye puffer

ya but fangs are said to be very active, when i went to get him, him and about 15 others were chilling at the bottom, now that hes in one of my tanks he under a rock chilling at the bottom not really moving, nothing like my gsp's or f8'd
