definatly a avacado puffer(bronze puffer) they are real aggressive i had one they only get like 4" or so give him a earthworm to see his aggressive side:naughty:. you will like him alot, they look more like trigger fish than puffers.

Another A. modestus!!Sweet! Did you just get it ? I have a 4.5 inch full grown one in a 20 long and it is a great fish! I will sometimes feed mine small crabs and it will pick them apart and leave only the halfshell. If he is in a bad mood, which is most of the time, it will spit a very short distance at your hand or try and bite fingers when you feed it. Very mean for such a little guy! IT really is more of a fresh water trigger!!!

Yes as said A. Modestus. COOL completly FW puffer! THey dont get big, only like 4" but unlike many pure FW puffers they have that classic SW puffer shape and 'tude!

I had one in a 20L and killed EVERYTHING I put in there but get this I added two large orange or "creamcicle" sailfin mollies and he NEVER touched them...I guess for some reason he didnt mess with orange.

Mine ate MP but its also very important to feed them snails (the crappy ones that run wild in your tanks are good to use cause they are free!) so their teeth dont get too big! Oh and watch your fingers when you hand feed cus mine would try to taste me instead of the shrimp! Luckily he never got ahold of me.

just got one of these like 2 weeks ago, he's very active and very aggressive. So far he is leaving my baby EBJD alone and if that ever changes, I make make him someone's dinner :yuck:
