Puffer Question

Hello all,

Been keeping puffers for years. Came across the Masked/Panda Puffer on a video and a few sites that have pictures. It seems that the only people that have them are in the UK. Anybody know where these awesome fish may be available for purchase? Would apprecaite any feedback.

Looks like it seems to be a regular dogface puffer... i guess its just a chance if you can find one with a mask type marking on its face... kinda like dalmatian puffers

What do you know about green spotted puffers? I'm not understanding their water conditions and how to find the proper mix.
