I was wondering if I could keep a puffer fish ( King Kong Puffer) with a very small endlicheri. The puffer is about 4 inches big & the endi is about 3 inches, if not a bit more. The tank is about a 12 gallon...So any harm if i just put them together??

tank too small and a predatory fish
you'll get dead bichirs not a good idea

being a person who owns a Palembang (King Kong Puffer) i can tell you tankmates won't be tolerated for long, if at all... not to mention, as paopanlilio stated, a 12g is way too small for a palembang, which requires more like a 20Gmin for itself...http://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/member.php?u=50961

Oh heeeeells no :P I just watched the Palembangi at work disemboweling a feeder goldfish...Poor little bichir would't stand a chance. Only puffer I've had work with Polys was a Mbu...

Just wanted to say, i actually got the tank dimensions wrong, since i normally work with liters and not gallons, and it should actually be a 40G tank you need, not a 20G for even just a singleton...

BTW, is there no edit post function on this site... coz its kinda annoying when you make a mistake and try and go back to correct yourself...

there is but you have to catch it within a half hr
