I have a big mbu in a tank with some other fish all fine. What I was thinking after just picking up a little tetradon cutcuta, is there any possibility I could cohab a group of cutcuta with my mbu. Just think that it would be an awsome sight, obviously they are from 2 sides of the world just wondered if anyone had done it. If not with cutcuta what if any other of puffers could do well?

I've never seen it attempted before. But knowing first hand that the cucutia are somewhat aggressive and are notorious fin-nippers I wouldn't risk a mbu for that species.

I would never try it, but a couple of guys are / were keeping Mbu and Fahaka together. My Fahaka leaves other fish alone but I just have schooling barbs.

Yeah, I wouldn't risk it.. MBU's seem to be the only puffer that will tolerate other fish.. (depending on personality), but other puffers are not.

Mbu and fahaka that's got to be risky. I very much doubt I will ever try the combo just thinking about having my mbu as a show piece with a group of smaller fish with great personalitys like him
