Are there any freshwater puffers that you are able to keep with bigger cichlids cause i have no idea(and thats why i am asking before i do it hhaha)

I would have to say for the most part no... since any smaller puffer will more than likely end up as a meal for one of your cichlids which in turn will lead to having no less than 2 dead fish... on the other hand, if you got a large puffer, then there is a good chance you'll end up with a puffer only tank...

So imho, if you want a puffer, plan to setup a species only tank for a singleton...

I see you have a congo puffer in a 25 gallon

I was thinking about setting up my 26 gallon bow for one

good idea?

Technically it can be done , although normally i would suggest a min of 30G for a Congo just to give them that bit of extra space for both swimming and dilution... especially since once you add substrate + extras your going to end up with a bit less volume of water...
