I was wondering how easy a fresh water puffer would be and how to take care of one. All I really ever hear(or rember) is that the need to eat crustantions to keep thier teeth in good shape. All I have that's empty is a 10 gallon tank. Would that work?

which one. most FW puffers are really brackish water fish

Anyone....I was thinking figure 8 but anyothers are welcomed:)

Are there any that are just fresh water and how do you keep a brackish water tank? I only here about fresh and salt water needs.

Dwarf Puffers. Would Work Get Three of them. They get at About an Inch.

What's there sientific name? I googled them and there weren't many puffers that came up....actually there was only one on the first page.

If you want something less common, look for true red-eye red-tail puffers: Carinotetraodon irrubesco

Small true freshwater puffers.
