Alright I've got a hayward pump rated at 1+1/6hp and it has a rating of 95gpm at 6 ft of head, how would this convert at 36" of head?

The design and shape of the impeller and impeller chamber will determine the flow characteristics of the pump at any particular head pressure. Pool/spa pumps are usually designed to maintain a pretty healthy pressure level. As such I would expect to see a flatter pressure/flow curve for them in the 3' to 6' range when compared to a standard aquarium pump. But without a looking at the volume pressure curve for the actual pump it would be impossible to make an accurate guess.

oh well. i just figured i'd ask.

well I figure, the water has to go through the the pump, and then up probably 38" or so. SO if we go with the 10ft of head rating, thats still like 92gpm. 5500ish gph... I think i'll need one hell of a spray bar

Did you ever see the Myth Busters where they levitated a car with fire hoses? You might want to strap your tank down to the foundation on your house... LOL!

lol. maybe.
