Pump Question

Which exact pump is the best at what it does and is cost efficient in terms of electrical. Thanks. tank size is 360.

the sequence dart is 3600gph@0ft and uses 180w. That's pretty damn efficient I think.

red dragon pump.......3400+ gph, 135 watts.......expensive though
