I was given a 55g tank with everything except a filter, I have another 55g that i recently switched from HOB filters to a canister and i wont go back to a HOB filter for any tank larger than a 20g. I dont have the money to put the same brand of filter on my new 55g as my old one. I found an "unknown brand" of canister filter that is cheap enough for my budget, i would like some feedback on if this filter is good enough for a 55g. Link below is to the makers of the filter.

Thanks for your time. Tyler

ehhhh found some reviews and all i can say i nevermind on the post above lol, i can spend about $125 whats the best i can get for the money?

It might be just my bad experience with Fluval filters but I would never buy a filter that closes with only two clips.
Resun make quite good filters. Look a bit cheap but they do the job. I use them on some of my tanks and so far they have never let me down. They should be available in the US

cascade 1000 or 1200

Search around on ebay. There are usually a few in your price range and they are IMO the best filter for the money.
