I used a 350gph pump on my 90 and found I needed to add another filter after awhile.

Really depends on stocking and goals.

If you had the pump I would say use it. If you didn't buy it yet go more powerful . You are going to lose flow due to height. I think I use that pump for my salt mixing. I got it at Harbor Freight Tools. In the back of a lot of science and shooting magazines they have 20% of coupons. You might be able to get it online.

That pump is meant for basement sump pits to prevent flooding. It might work for other applications but isn't designed to move solids or warm water (above 77º). It also probably uses a ton of electricity with a max head of 28ft, and would die after a year or two because it isn't supposed to run 24/7. You would be better off with a regular water pump like the one in your first link but more powerful
