pump size for a cichlid tank

hey guys,
I really need to find out what size return pump I should get for my tank.
It is a 175 gallon tank with a wet dry/filter.
First question is what should be the turn over (the amount of times the water gets filtered per hour).
Second is what is a good brand
Third: what size do I need

1st off this is in the wrong section.
2nd is your tank drilled? How many overflows and what size?
Your pump size will depend on how many gph ur overflows can handle.
