Pump size?

What size pump would be recomended for a 120g and a 125g using the same filter... Im using a 55g drum for my bio filter... Maybe two of them. How many gph do I need to flow for each tank? Also I have a drip system on both tanks already that puts in about 1 gph between both tanks.

Most people have a turnover of about 4 to 6 times. So you should get a pump thats about 1000 to 1500 GPH

i agree try to shoot for somewhere between three and ten turnovers per hour.
so 1000gph to 1500 gph sounds good. i might even consider going with like a 2200.

None of my tanks with wet/drys turn over more than 3x per hour.
