Pump won't pump high enough

I want a pump to pump from a a sump to a tank, the rise is like 5 feet.
My 300 lph pump wont pump it that high, is there a formula to calculate how much lph you lose with height?

There is not one that covers all pumps. It varies from pump to pump depending on power, impeller size among other things.

Most pumps will have charts available on their websites showing head pressures for their different models.

It says on the side of the pump H=60cm Q=160/300 l/h
