Congrats, glad that if not rescue, you found a good reputable breeder, not some backyard idiot who gets two registered dogs and lets them go.

Friend of mine has a rescue pure GSP that would love to be out in the field, but gets round the block walk 2x a day... Ugh.. These dogs aren't lap dogs.. they're working animals.
