Who is using this stuff? There claims sound good.

-Reduces harmful nitrate and enhances the buffering capacity
-Includes essential inorganic elements

So before I buy I thought I would ask if it really works that great. What's this forums thoughts on this stuff?

I guessing it works for buffering PH, and hardness. I would doubt it will reduce nitrates.

I took avantage of a end of year sale and ended up buying 100 lbs of CaribSea Aragonite Aquarium Sand. I will see if it is enough sand otherwise I might mix some pool filter sand in with it
