I am considering running purigen on my planted tank, I dose with Thrive by Nicolg, excel, iron, and flourish advance. Would purigen suck out nutrients from the fertilizers? I also have a bonsai tree with moss balls on it, what are some good ways to clean off the moss balls and flame moss in the tank, I've tried blowing them off, but it doesn't work.

Puritan shouldn’t directly take those fertz out. It’ll take out any organic waste. So there can be some deficiencies but if ur dosing then u shouldn’t see any effect. If you do then increase the frequency of ur dosing schedule.

ok thanks, it's mostly the minerals im worried about like potassium and phosphorus, not sure if it'll take out the flourish advanced though

It shouldn’t.

Ok good thanks, any idea about how to clean the mosses and moss balls?
Except for manually removing and soaking in heavy dose of algaefix. Cover it up with any sunlight. Hope it gets cleared up for you.
