Purigen or chemipure

would like to know what you believe is better in 180 gallon livebearer tank and why or would both adsorb different thing s, will run aquaclears and eheim canisters and maybe a sump with bioballs and efimech or biomax. Thanks for opinions

Kinda both the same.... The Sea Chem you can regenerate by bleaching if I remember?
I like the bio chem because it really works good & easy to use. Good for 50-60 gallons rated to last 3 months but I leave some in my can filters for 6 months a longer without problems as long as the filter is not bogged down & your bio load is not extreme & you do water changes etc.. East to toss & put a new bag in as needed.

Thanks but I am sure the resins in chemipure are different from the resin in Purigen as they do different things one is a organic scavenger the other in chemipure are there to buffer, any Input?
