What's the best way to re-charge Purigen?

Place in a bowl, pour in 1 cup water to one cup bleach. Let soak for 24 hours. Then drain, rinse, and fill bowl with water, and a couple capfuls of Prime. Let soak 12 hours, drain, rinse, good to go. I suggest agitating the bowl once in a while to get the material in the middle exposed to the solution.
