Im trying to NOT have 6 tanks in my apt anymore..... I will keep the African lung alone in the 90 gallon for obvious reasons, I sold 1/3 of my polypterus collection and only have a 18" marbled pim and sleeper goby in my 125g. Purchased a 24" wide 150 gallon and I want to just have this and my 90 gallon with the lungfish. I have 4 eheims (2x2217 and 2x2215) that I will use for the 150g when its setup. I have 2 ornates, a endli endli, endli cong, lap (all 12"+) and about 6 smaller bichirs (albino, weeksi, 2x delhzi, senegalus) and two plecos. Looking to put the polys and the marbled pim all in the 150gallon. And sell my other setups. BUT I REALLLLLY WANT TO KEEP STINGRAYS AGAIN.... Can I pull off ONE motoro or maybe 2 with religious weekly water changes? I kept a motoro before in the 125 but I was SUPER over stocked (2ft aro, gar, polys, pim cat eel etc etc etc etc). I have since learned my lesson. Think I can pull it off?:nilly:
 
That's a lot on the bottom, I'd b scared the ray would eat ur baby polys. Also look into rectic or hysterix rays, any motoro can get way too big. But you could always get more tanks as she grows lol jk
 
I wouldn't personally.. my only experience is with Motoros though.

edit: off topic... been dying to get an Aussie lungfish for ages, going to get on that soon. I like the idea of it outliving me. Wouldn't mind seening your African!

Heres my lung(ive changed the subsrate/setup a million times, settled on the red tho. Have it ina 90 gallon all alone:View attachment 745300View attachment 745301View attachment 745302 IM DYING FOR AN AUSSIE so I can just have ONE JUMBO TANK with my polys, cat and aussie....

FYI had a change of heart on the rays after some thought and feedback. However I sold my 90 gallon and put the rest of my polys in with the marbled achara cat. ::fingers crossed:: Selling the 125 saturday then should be setting up the 150 saturday too
