This post appears to be more of a statement than a question.
Generally not considered to be a good move. I cannot speak from direct experience with mixing multiples in the one tank. I do however have a BEC that is about the same size at ~25cm/10". It shares an 8x3x2 with a colony of adult L014 and is the boss of the tank. I also recently had to reshuffle some fish around due to replacing an existing display. This meant that two large 30cm + Albino Gibbi's shared the tank with the BEC/L014. The BEC made pretty short work of the new comers and inflicted a decent amount of non-life threatening damage on the much larger Gibbi's in a relatively short amount of time. They spent most of the two weeks huddled up in the corner of the tank near the wavemakers.
It is worth a shot? Maybe. Based on my own experiences and the relatively small tank size at 4x2x2 the likelihood of success is limited and I would make sure you have a keen eye and an alternative arrangement if things don't go well. Good luck.
