Put a fish with fin rot with other fish?

I'm wondering if you can do this and if it will effect the other fish.. Just picked up a chili red today with fin rot and Yea a little small for my hospital tank and would like to have him in one of my 6 ft tanks....

As I stated in your other thread, not a good idea. Always quarentine first.
