PVC cement are all safe to use?

Are all PVC cement safe to use with aquarium plumbing I mean are all kinds not harmful to fish? Thanks.

Any cement/glue/primer found in your average hardware store that specifically says pvc is fine to use in an aquarium, just because pvc is what 99% of water lines are made of today, so it must be safe for human consumption.
